NelCom Ltd. obtained its first ISO certification in 1997. At 2003 it was updated to ISO 9001:2000. The quality is a central issue for us. It stands in the heart of the company and it is a source of pride for us. It should be mentioned, that the level of our repair services is the best in the Israeli market and one of the leading in the world.


NelCom is an authorized repair center of Motorola since 1994. NelCom gives Motorola repair service for in warranty period and is certified in all level up to level 4 (component level). During this period of time our engineers have passed many courses in Motorola factories including the big factory Glasgow- Scotland and in Flensburg - Germany.
 

We have also been certified by HTC and by SK , as a repair center.


NelCom repairs many types of cellular phones of after warranty period such as Nokia, Blackberry, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, HTC,I-phone and other models.
